We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future appointments. If you arrive more than 10-15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service to avoid delaying other appointments. Depending on our schedule, late arrivals may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
